Linklings, LLC (“Linklings”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) has developed the SIGGRAPH Asia 2025 Conference mobile and web application (the “App”) on behalf of the SIGGRAPH Asia 2025 conference organizers (the “Conference Organizers”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who use the App.

Important: Linklings acts as a data processor on behalf of the Conference Organizers, who are the data controllers. The Conference Organizers determine what information is collected and how it is used for conference purposes.

  • Usage Information: App features accessed, time spent in the App, session information, pages or content viewed, search queries within the App

  • Conference Organizers: If you registered for the conference through the official conference registration system, we may receive your registration information including name, email, organization, and registration type

4.1 Conference Organizers and Sponsors

As a contractor for the Conference Organizers, we share information with:

  • The Conference Organizers: Full access to all information collected through the App for conference management purposes

  • Active Conference Period: All data is retained for the duration of the conference and immediate post-conference period (typically 30-90 days after the conference ends)
  • Historical Records: Conference Organizers may retain certain information (such as session attendance, presentation records) indefinitely for historical and archival purposes
  • Account Data: If you created an account, your basic profile information may be retained for use in future conferences unless you request deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, you must contact the Conference Organizers directly.

7. Global Transfer of Personal Information

The information processed by the App is transferred to and stored on servers in the United States of America. By using the App, you are acknowledging this transfer, storage, and processing.
