Kun Xu is an associate professor in the department of computer science at Tsinghua University. His research interests include computer graphics, realistic rendering, differentiable rendering, and ray tracing. He has published more than 40 papers in top graphics conference and journals such as ACM SIGGRAPH, ACM TOG, IEEE TVCG, etc. He has served as the program co-chair of Pacific Graphics (2015), and has also been a member of SIGGRAPH and SIGGRAPH Asia technical papers committee. He is currently on the editorial board of Computers & Graphics.
