Cesar is a professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), teaching at the Digital Metropolis Institute (IMD). He is the coordinator for the Multiuser Center of Bioinformatics (BioME) and has dedicated his career to the research of bioinformatics and computational neuroscience. He holds a PhD from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and is also a Leader at the Advanced Knowledge Center of Immersive Technologies at the Digital Metropolis Institute partner lab (AKCIT-IMD).
