Zixin Wang

Biography
Zixin Wang is a Ph.D. student at the University of Michigan School of Information, advised by Dr. Florian Schaub and Dr. Christopher Brooks. Her research explores usable privacy and security in human–AI interaction, with a focus on how people negotiate information disclosure with conversational AI systems. She also examines psychological and behavioral factors influencing users’ trust, privacy decisions, and well-being in digital environments. Her interdisciplinary work combines methods from human–computer interaction, data science, and behavioral research to inform the design of more transparent and human-centered AI technologies.
