Jingfen Lan received her B.S. degree in Mathematics and its Applications from Shaanxi Normal University, China, in 2007, and her Ph.D. degree in Operations Research and Cybernetics from Tsinghua University, China, in 2012. She had been a visiting scholar at the University of South Carolina in USA. She is currently a lecturer at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Xidian University.
