Shen Xukun, Ph.D., is a Professor and doctoral advisor at the School of New Media Art and Design, School of Computer Science, and the National Key Laboratory of Virtual Reality Technology and Systems at Beihang University. He also serves as a visiting professor and part-time doctoral advisor at the Central Academy of Drama. He previously held positions as Deputy Director of the Department of Computer Science at Beihang University and Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Virtual Reality Technology and Systems. He is currently the Dean of the School of New Media Art and Design and Director of the Aesthetic Education Center at Beihang University. His long-term work focuses on interdisciplinary research and design applications at the intersection of science, technology, and art in the fields of digital media and virtual reality.
