Hiroki Fujiwara earned a Master of Technology in Innovation for Design and Engineering from the Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology (AIIT), Tokyo, Japan, where he specialized with a focus on design research and creative technology.
He is currently a Researcher at the Institute of Health Design, Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology, and also employed at Siemens Digital Industries, where he applies high-performance computing, thermal-fluid for chemical process engineering challenges, primarily in the pharmaceutical and steel industries.
His academic research focuses on design and human–AI interaction, data physicalization, and emotional simulation.
