Haato Watanabe is a master’s student at the University of Tokyo under the supervision of Prof. Nobuyuki Umetani. His research lies at the intersection of computer graphics and vision, focusing on differentiable 3D representations and neural rendering. He develops interactive methods for reconstructing and editing Gaussian Splatting scenes toward more expressive and intuitive 3D content creation.
