Jie Yu is an incoming PhD student at HKUST (GZ), focusing on human-robot interaction and assistive robotics. He received his BEng in Mechanical Engineering in 2025. His research aims to develop adaptive robotic systems that seamlessly integrate into human environments through intuitive interaction design.
