Baicheng Du is an Industrial Design undergraduate at the Future Design School, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen. Emphasizing interdisciplinary integration, his projects have been recognized with international honors, including the iF Design Award, Red Dot Award, and IDEA. Centering on embodied intelligence and human–robot interaction, he develops design responses to social issues across assistive care, affective companionship, and smart manufacturing. He also explores cross-disciplinary domains such as VR/XR and AIGC, integrating them with design to provide new perspectives and testable solutions to real-world problems.
