Maximiliano (Maki) Wardle is an AHRC Collaborative Doctoral Researcher at the University of York and MOLA Archaeology in the UK. Between January and July 2025, Maki was a Spaceship ECSAT Intern in the European Space Agency's Directorate of Human and Robotic Exploration, working to help improve the ESA's visualisations of the lunar surface. As an interdisciplinary researcher and designer and technologist, Maki's work centres on applying interactive and immersive media to solve problems collaboratively across domains.
