Biography
Kyungyeon Lee is a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a member of the Embodied Dynamics Laboratory, where her research focuses on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), haptics, wearables, accessibility, and human-centered computing. Her current work explores the optimization of motor skill learning through personalization and the effects of haptics on perceptual and motor performance. Previously, she received her B.Sc. in Computer Science from Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea, where she worked on accessibility research for visually impaired users, developing extended reality systems and studying non-visual feedback in virtual reality.
