Kosei Tomioka is a student at the Graduate School of Regional Development and Creativity, Utsunomiya University, Tochigi, Japan. He received the Bachelor of Engineering degree from Utsunomiya University in 2024. He has been conducting research on human perception and visual information processing in VR. He is a member of ACM SIGGRAPH and IIEEJ.
