Dr. John Dingliana is currently an Associate Professor in Computer Science at Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and a member of the Graphics and Vision research group. He graduated with a B.Sc. Honors degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin in 1998 and received his PhD from TCD in 2003. His PhD research was on the topic of perceptually-adaptive techniques in real-time physically-based 3D computer animation. Between 2002-2005, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher in the Graphics group at TCD before he was appointed as a full-time faculty member in the TCD School of Computer Science and Statistics.
