Miu-Ling Lam is a media artist and faculty in School of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK). She holds a PhD degree in Automation and Computer-Aided Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was formerly a postdoctoral research fellow at University of California, Los Angeles. Her research interests focus on computational imaging, light field display and robotics. She is spearheading the Bachelor of Arts and Science in New Media programme and Jockey Club Project IDEA: Inclusive Digital and Experimental Art at CityUHK. She was the chair of SIGGRAPH Asia 2023 Emerging Technologies.
