Dr. Charlie C. L. Wang is a Professor of Smart Manufacturing at the University of Manchester, holding an EPSRC Fellowship (2023–2028) on Field Computation-Based Kernel for Vector 3D Printing. He previously served as Chair Professor at Delft University of Technology and as Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He earned his Ph.D. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and B.Eng. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. A Fellow of ASME, Dr. Wang has received multiple research and teaching awards, including the ASME CIE Excellence in Research Award and Young Engineer Award.
