Rameen Abdal is a Research Scientist at Snap Research. His research explores personalizing large-scale generative models, focusing on techniques to generate and edit dynamic visual content that captures unique user expressions, motions and interactions. Before joining Snap, Rameen was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University. He earned his PhD degree in Computer Science from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Srinagar. His research works have been published in top conferences, including CVPR, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, etc.
