Toshitaka Amaoka is currently a professor at Meisei University in School of Information Science. He received M.S.(Earth Environmental Science) from Hokkaido University in 1996, MPS from Tisch School of the Arts, New York University in 2002 and Ph.D. from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2011. His concept and approach are based on science and always represent the thinking in an artistic way. Meanwhile, he explores advanced aesthetic and perceptional representation using new media.
