Biography
Bing Yin is a Chinese animation artist and researcher whose interdisciplinary
practice integrates experimental animation, scientific
visualization, and immersive storytelling. At the Institute of Media
and Interaction, China Academy of Art, he has developed pioneering
frameworks for Distributed Embodied Narratives through his
research in Expanded Animation. His animation film and
experimental visual narratives have been showcased on prominent
platforms such as the Ars Electronica Festival, Busan International Film Festival, Zegrab Animation Festival and SIGGRAPH Art Gallery.
