Siyang Song is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) with the University of Exeter. He was Affiliated Researcher (2023-2025), and Research Associate (2020-2023) at the Univerisity of Cambridge, UK. He received his PhD at the University of Nottingham, UK, funded by Horizon CDT. His research interests include facial reaction generation and automatic personality and depression analysis by developing various self-supervised learning, Neural Architecture Search and graph modelling techniques. Since 2023, he founded the research field called Multiple Appropriate Facial Reaction Generation with colleagues. Siyang has published more than 70 papers in top-tier journals and conferences such as AAAI,CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, IJCAI, NeurIPS.
