HAORAN XIE received the Ph.D. degree from the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), in 2015. After that, he was with the Computer Science Department, The University of Tokyo, from 2015 to 2018; and an Assistant Professor
with JAIST, from 2018 to 2020. He has been an Associate Professor with JAIST, since 2023. His main research interests include interactive computer graphics and user interface. He is a member of ACM, IPSJ, and IIEEJ
