Dr. Xinxing Xia is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Mechatronic Engineering and Automation, Shanghai University. He is also working as a researcher at Shanghai Baoshan Shangda General Intelligent Robotics Research Institute. He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Computer Science at the UNC at Chapel Hill and then Research Fellow at NTU. He received his both PhD in Optical Engineering and Bachelor in Information Engineering from Zhejiang University, China. His research activities are focused on VR/AR, near-eye displays, and 3D displays.
