Shenghua Gao received the BE degree from the University of Science and Technology of China, in 2008, and the PhD degree from the Nanyang Technological University, in 2012. He is a associate professor with the University of Hong Kong, China. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow with the Advanced Digital Sciences Center, in Singapore. From 2014 to 2024, he worked as a professor with ShanghaiTech University, in Shanghai, China. His research interests include computer vision and machine learning.
