Chia-Ching Yen is an Assistant Professor at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan, and the founder of the Robot Aided Creation and Construction (RAC-Coon) research group. He received his B.S. degree in Architecture from NCKU and an M.S. degree in Architecture Design and Research from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His research focuses on robotic fabrication, computational design, and digital construction, aiming to make advanced tools and algorithms accessible to architects through integrated human-robot workflows for creative and fabrication-informed design.
